Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended, but we work hard to get your products to you as fast as possible.

We offer shipping to customers worldwide. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer Free Shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will be clearly indicated on our homepage during promotion periods.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pengvi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support.
