Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after confirmation. During national holidays or sales, minor delays may occur.
Shipping Charges:
We offer Free Delivery Nationwide — no extra charges at checkout.
Couriers & Payment:
We use trusted courier services such as TCS, Leopards, and Call Courier. Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can request a return if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective, or
- You feel it doesn’t meet your expectations.
Return Window:
You can return your product within 15 days of delivery, even if used.
Return Process:

- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return steps.
Return Shipping:
The customer will pay the return shipping cost.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product. Refunds for COD orders are sent via bank transfer or Easypaisa.
